Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns and Exchanges
- We do not accept returns under most circumstances, however we want your buying experience to be pleasant and satisfying. Please read on.
- Do NOT return products without first receiving instructions to do so.
- If you are unable to return your items in the original packaging (especially if no longer protective of product), please find a suitably protective alternative, especially for delicate or breakable products. If you return your item without protective packaging you may not receive your refund.
- All products returned must be done with tracking, as are all products sent to you, else you forfeit your refund.
- If in doubt on anything in this policy, please feel free to contact us.
Circumstances
- Ordered wrong size or don’t like the fit
- No refunds/returns. Please see cancellation policy for the window allowance to correct your errors or for change of mind within this time.
- Received wrong item
- Ship back within 14 days of delivery.
- Received defective or broken item
- Contact us by email with photo clearly showing product damage. Include photo of packaging damage if that appears to be the cause.
- You will receive instructions. If asked to return product you will be given a return shipping label at our expense.
- Ship back within 14 days of delivery.
- Let us know by email or message if you would like a replacement product. We will make you happy!
- Tracking issues (says delivered but not received); Lost in Transit; Any Other Reason
- Contact us within 14 days of order.
Additional Conditions
- All returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original condition received. If items are returned without these conditions, customer forfeits their refund. Final decisions on returned product condition are made by Believe In Reality/Kindly Ever After Crafts.
- Returned items must be received by Believe In Reality/Kindly Ever After Crafts in a resalable condition (product condition, not packaging). Final decisions on returned product conditions are made by Believe In Reality/Kindly Ever After Crafts.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return. Final sale items will be noted on their product description page.
Refunds
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted.
- We do not have a restocking fee.
- Please allow up to 14 business days once your return has arrived back to us to inspect and authenticate the item(s) and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges.
- Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges and Replacements
- We do not enter exchanges for items, that task is for you at your freedom. Please order alternate items as you wish, before or after a return refund has been processed.
- Replacements for incorrect or defective items are of course on our end. We will process those expeditiously.
